On the Road Again!

I must start by saying this was a horrible day for women. The Supreme Court overturned Roe V Wade, something that had been threatened but never thought would happen.   Finally- Today is June 25, 2022 and we left last Thursday the 23rd and it feels like a year. I used to get paid to review anything. Fitness equipment was my big money maker but I wrote about every place we went, every restaurant in which we ate, ever appliance I used. I was number 1 at epinions.com, which no longer exists.  I am quite happy I can do things and enjoy it not write a review in my head while watching a movie.  Our first stop was Nevada and after spending hours trying to find a campground with an open site we gave up. First RV Spring Trip

Is a 5th wheel in our future??  The area turned out to be just gorgeous and we took advantages of the mornings by going to state parks.

In all we spent 26 nights in campgrounds.  The last day was spent at Jupiter Beach, which is dog-friendly and very nice.  Jupiter Beach There is an upscale "campground" close by, which we would consider going to next year.  Heading home we are supposed to hit rain but no snow. Elliott is nervous about winterizing and of course isn't totally comfortable driving. We decided that we would winterize at a campground in Richmond, Virginia. Yesterday was thankfully uneventful. We stopped at Wal-Mart where Elliott rested and I got groceries. We slept at a Wal-Mart at exit 57 in South Carolina, which was very convenient. Our campground stop was at KampsAmerica, which was actually in Ashland, Virginia not Richmond. This would have been a great place to chill if we had time. We woke up to snow but since ...
